Best Birthday Shoe Ever

This shoe DID NOT disappoint! Was really worried about these shoes considering the negative reviews but they were OUTSTANDING! I wore these shoes to the club to bring in my birthday, then again the next day for my brunch and cocktail party! They were some comfy the whole time! I have narrow feet and smaller ankles, the held up so well! They are in perfect condition after about 12 hours of wear total!

Zipper Broke Skin, Very Painful

These shows look nice, but they actually BROKE SKIN. I wore them for less than an hour. I have never had an issue with cald thickness and I dont have that issue with these shoes either. But somehow the zipper still rubs up against the back of my leg and managed to break skin. It was very painful. Probably will never where again, and now I can even return. These shoes were not cheap. Such a shame to waste my money.

Cute but not comfy…

These sandals are super cute, but they fit awkward. And after walking in them for just an hour, the bottom of my feet were on fire. Great concept, but the quality/comfort seems to be missing.

Poor. Customer Service

I love the shoe. When I ordered the shoe it automatically was to be shipped to my old address. Upon calling DSW customer service not even 12 hours later to correct the address. I was informed that it was too late to change my address for correct shipping. I didn’t believe that was true because this has happened to me before and was corrected. The CSR that I spoke with simply told me it was too late and for me to call after I had received a notification that my shoe had been delivered. This was poor customer service. The fact that I had to go to my old address and wait for delivery was insane to me. I love DSW I shop often however this issues needs to be addressed and corrected.

Cheaply made

I would honestly give this shoes zero stars if I could. Although I love the color and they are super comfortable they are extremely cheaply made. Bought this shoe twice and both times they broke during the first wear. First time was during brunch and second was walking to the car after dinner
