Don’t buy, falls apart

I bought these back in February and wore them about five times before they tore apart at the soles/heels just like all the other reviews say. Thankfully I was able to return for store credit but it’s unfortunate that there’s clearly a quality control issue here.
Really cute and comfy otherwise, just doesn’t hold up…

BROKEN SOLES

So disappointed! Loved the shoes and got many compliments but both soles are broken - almost identically to what other customers have said! this goes beyond normal wear and tear b/c happened after less than 6 months of wearing shoes maybe 2x/week. After chatting with customer service online, they said to bring shoes in store to see what can be done - we shall see!

Not what I thought I paid for.

I had the same problem other reviewers mentioned. Bought the shoes in early October and by November both heels had split open, rendering the shoes unwearable. It was such a bummer because I loved the look of them.
