Very Disappointed – Arrived Used and Broken

Extremely disappointed. I paid for a brand-new pair of shoes, but what I received looked like a returned, worn, and damaged item. The strap was ripped, the woven material was coming apart, and the soles had obvious signs of previous wear. It is unacceptable that an item in this condition passed inspection and was shipped to a customer. I immediately requested a full refund. Very poor quality control. Do better, DSW.
