I ordered these sandals and they came in half a box that was all torn up. The bottom of the sandals are black, they are clearly used. I am so disgusted in DSW!!!

Crazy!

Ordered these sandals and never got them after waiting 3 weeks! What I did get was a sandal I never ordered! It was a taupe closed toe shoe on a kitten heel. And to top it off the back of the top of the heel was peeling as if it had been worn and returned. How could a mistake been made when these 2 shoes look nothing alike?!!!
