Not a friend of my foot

I'm a size 8, sometimes can swing an 8.5. Purchased in 8.5 bc 8 was out of stock. I have a very high arch & instep & a med bordering on wide foot but almost always wear a med width shoe. These were a little tight across the top of my foot but seemed like they might be fine after a couple of wears. They were insanely long at toes though - looked like at least a 9.5 on me. My foot felt like it didn't align to the insole properly causing me to feel like my feet were hanging off the side a bit but my heel sat at the proper spot. I went back & ordered an 8 but had the same problems. The long oval shaped toe box made me feel like I'd need E.T toes to wear them. Even if they had the room for my foot to slide forward a bit they'd still have been way too long in the 8. They seemed like they'd be comfortable if they had fit correctly but sadly both pairs will be returned.
No, I do not recommend this product.

These sandals are very well constructed but will require breaking in. I have bended them to help with softening up the soles. They will be good walking sandals once they get a little more flexible.

I love them so far. I’ve only worn them around the house. I have narrow feet so I was concerned that they’d be too wide, but they fit perfectly. I usually take a 9.5 and that’s what I got. They feel and look great!

Very cute sandal. The leather is soft in most places; however, the buckle to close the strap in back rubbed a lot on the underside of my lateral malleolus bone, and I knew I would have an open wound there in no time. Also, I have very narrow feet, so these did not work for me as there was a lot of space between my foot and the 3 straps that sit over the top. This space caused my foot to constantly slip forward in the sandal to the point where my toes hung over the front of the sandal. I'm sure they'd work great for certain feet, just not mine.

These are fabulous! Support is key for me and a good looking shoe to boot. I just recently had surgery on my foot and these sandals are what I needed for summer and travels.
