Garbage
Absolute junk, worn for one week and they are falling apart. DSW claims to take back defective merchandise, but they do not!

Love these shoes
I bought 4 pair in black, taupe, red and dark brown They are so comfortable and stylish which is hard to find for hard to fit feet like I have. Soft walk shoes are great because they are true leather, which means they will last for a life time. I stick to these because I can trust the quality and fit.

Not Comfortable!
These came in the mail today and I will be returning them. When on the feet they looked cute and fit well, but as soon as I took even one step, the back of the shoes dug and scraped the back of my heel, and I'm certain they will cause major blistering with only a short walk. The material is stiff and unforgiving. I have no idea why they have such good reviews.

Great so far!
Bought these flats due to foot problems causing need for extra width and soft leather upper. They feel and look great but haven't worn them to planned events coming up soon so hoping they will be my comfortable go-to footwear for coming months.

Decent comfy shoe
They’re super comfy, with only a rough edge at the top, which didn’t rub terribly but might eventually. They have a removable insert which is useful I guess. I found them on clearance, but I’m going to return. Only because I’m a 10.5 and these as an 11 are too big, and they didn’t have a 10 for me to try in store. I think the 10 would be fine but I wouldn’t pay full price with the other black flat options out there, and these are a bit too plain. The rounded toe is a bit too rounded and for my taste.

Good flat
I bought last month as part of a uniform for my teenager. It’s soft so that you can flex your foot but solid sole so you don’t feel like you’re walking on paper. The toe box is deep enough that it doesn’t show “toe crack” :). Nothing flashy but it’s what we needed and comfortable!

Very pretty flats!
With wide feet, it's hard for me to find comfortable flats. So I thought, well, maybe you have to pay a bit more to get that fit. I found these and have worn them once so far. I won't say they're the most comfortable flat ever, but so far they're pretty good. They do slip a little in the heel, but I can't go down a size because I need the toe box to be wide enough. Hopefully, they'll break in enough to be more comfortable.

Extremely comfortable
This flat might be one of the best that I have ever owned. I know I will be able to be on my feet at my job in these. The cushioned interior is great. The design looks a little "rubbery" in person however comfort over cute! I ordered a wide for my foot.
