Absolute junk, worn for one week and they are falling apart. DSW claims to take back defective merchandise, but they do not!

I bought 4 pair in black, taupe, red and dark brown
They are so comfortable and stylish which is hard to find for hard to fit feet like I have. Soft walk shoes are great because they are true leather, which means they will last for a life time. I stick to these because I can trust the quality and fit.

Not Comfortable!

These came in the mail today and I will be returning them. When on the feet they looked cute and fit well, but as soon as I took even one step, the back of the shoes dug and scraped the back of my heel, and I'm certain they will cause major blistering with only a short walk. The material is stiff and unforgiving. I have no idea why they have such good reviews.

Bought these flats due to foot problems causing need for extra width and soft leather upper. They feel and look great but haven't worn them to planned events coming up soon so hoping they will be my comfortable go-to footwear for coming months.
