Softwalk Samara Flat

I was expecting this to be a different order I bought from a different site. When I opened these shoes, they were BEAUTIFUL! But …. these shoes had been used. Now, it’s EXTREMELY IMPORTANT to me that I never buy used shoes. It’s a custom that we in our ethnic community hold very important. I looked at the bottoms - cleaned but obvious scuffed. I looked at the sides - I could still see some of the shoe polish on the side of the sole. The toes of the shoes had been polished with the appropriate color, but the toes, in an area 1/2” by 1” where you the color is significantly lighter and it’s obvious that the leather was BERY worn. I think I might stop ordering shoes from DSW. It seems that nearly every order I make is screwed up in one way or another.

I just got this shoe in navy. Please believe the reviews! The color is dark navy which is what I wanted. The shoes seem to be well made. The leather is soft. The footbed is cushioned with some arch support. And the style is cute. But the toe area is narrow! I purchased a size 7 (sometimes I wear a 6 1/2, sometimes a 7 - never purchased this brand before) thinking that may make up for the narrow toe area that I read about in other reviews. It does NOT! The 7 is too long and my heel slips out of the back and the toe area is uncomfortably tight. I will return them. However I like them enough that I reordered in a 6 1/2 Wide width. Fingers crossed that size works.

Sadly disappointed. I had been eyeing these for a bit and pulled the plug when they went 20% off. The brown looks different than the site but I kept anyway. I have worn these 4 times in an office environment and the front sole came unglued. I really like the brand any they were cute. Had arch support but for the price I expect the glue to hold.

I bought the brown and the color was not at all what was pictured on the website. I did not like the brown color. I believe I needed one size up but I could tell it was not going to be comfortable. No arch. And for $100. No way!
