I first fell in love with the Omni with the 21st edition -- got three pairs of those. The 22nd edition remodel wasn't a great love, so I held out for the 23rd edition & it's well worth it. Has stability & comfort, & they were even able to make this edition lighter while keeping those same components. About to buy my second pair. I'd be willing to wear another ounce of weight for a slightly softer cushion, but to me it's the best shoe to combine stability & speed that's available on the market.

I have bought the omni for probably10 years now. This is the newest model. It is spongier and a little more in the heel than previous models. Two weeks and about 4 miles each day. Still getting used to the heel but so far so good,

I’ve spent a lot of time in the Saucony Hurricane over the years, and while it’s a solid shoe, the Saucony Omni ST 23 just feels like it’s on another level. For the first time in a long time, I feel like I’m not sacrificing "fun" for the sake of support. ​The first thing I noticed is how light and bouncy it feels. Usually, stability shoes can feel a bit stiff or uninspired, but these have a legitimate pop to them. Whether I’m heading out for a long effort or something a bit quicker, they stay responsive and energetic. ​But the biggest thing for me is the confidence they give me. There is a real sense of security in every stride; I know the support is there, yet the shoe never feels bulky or overbearing. It’s rare to find a trainer that checks all the technical boxes for stability while still having the "soul" of a neutral runner, but Saucony really nailed it with this version. ​If you need a stable ride but still want to enjoy the "spring" in your step during a workout, I can’t recommend these enough. They’ve quickly become the pair I reach for every single morning.
