    The sneaker has an arch which made it uncomfortable for my foot. If anything, it made my foot hurt. Looking for another pair I. Black without an arch.

    These shoes are very comfortable and have great support. I always buy half a size larger in running shoes. I’m a true size 7 and could have went with my normal size, but chose the 7.5. If you like a little more room, then I say size up, but you could get away with your true size. I might buy another pair just to have as back up for then these wear out.

    I have worn Saucony Cohesions for the last five years. I find them lightweight and extremely comfortable with a wide toe box. Once again, this pair did not disappoint me.
