Cute But Slippy

These are cute shoes but the bottoms are kind of slippy on tiles, etc. plus it feels a little tight when first putting the shoe on.

Cute and not too uncomfortable for dress shoes lol, came a bit scuffed and had like a random hole in the heel? Like something stabbed it? Idrc too much but I noticed lots of other shoes with reviews of dirty/damaged shoes so...

Beautiful shoe, awful customer service experience.

Beautiful shoe but was too long in my standard shoe size of 10, but I was unable to get my true dress shoe size of 9.5. Went to exchange down to a size 9 and received a completely different shoe, then was told it was unavailable for exchange and treated disrespectfully by customer service.
