Ryka Hydro Sport Water Training Shoe - Women's

My regular water shoes although good, were not padded enough for water walking. I tried a friend's pair of ryka hydro sport, (as well as another brand) and the ryka's won, hands down. Love the mint color. Love the quality and padding. I highly recommend this shoe

This is my third pair of Ryka water shoes. The first pair lasted a really long time the second pair only about six months before the toes started to come apart. I purchased the third pair because I like the fit so well other brands did not fit as well. I’m hoping this new pair lasted as long as the first pair. This current pair is very slippery. I hope with a few more ways that will resolve itself. It can be very dangerous on a pool deck.

I bought these shoes for coastal rowing. I love the cushioned sole and streamlined fit!

I love my water shoes. This is my second pair - I wore the first for years until they practically fell off my feet. They are stylish and comfortable and help my 72 year old feet exercise in water with no pain.

Amazing how they survive the chlorine. Great support for the activity of water aerobics.

Great looking shoe. Easy on and off. Great support and fit. Four stars because they are a little slippery in the pool so you have to be mindful of that.

While I can appreciate the design of the drainage features and the materials used in the shoe seem fine, I found a complete lack of stability and cushion that is needed for high intensity aquatics. I did not have a problem with the heel or the sizing and fit. The shoe did not have the cushioning or stability required to be up on your toes and the balls of your feet for high intensity movement. It felt like i was exercising in house slippers. Unfortunately, I can't return them as I wore them today. After reading about the technology and purposeful design for aquatic exercise I can not believe the claim. Not recommended.

Ryka’s always fit well, but I was concerned since I would be wearing them to water aerobics! Fit is great (I wear a 1/2 size bigger in walking/gym shoes than in casual shoes) with my normal gym shoes size, very comfortable and the cushioning I need to jump around in the water!! Love them❣️
