I received these sneakers today in some old box—without even a lid. They are heavily worn, the soles are scuffed, and it’s obvious they’ve been washed; the laces were tied in a terrible mess. Shame on you. Now I even have to pay to return *this*... how is that even possible?

I seem to be buying this brand a lot of for daily walks. They fit my narrow foot perfectly without sliding on the heel. Lots of cushion and comfortable. Bought my normal size. Good value for the money.

I recently purchased and have only worn them once. They fit my 9.5 feet comfortably and the arch support seems adequate. I just hope they are more durable than what was said by previous reviewers.

I just received the off white Ryka shoes with the pink sole. The reek of a chemical smell mixed with a moldy/musty scent. The shoes smell the box smells very strongly. I put them in my spare bedroom to air out and now the bedroom smells too. Currently I have put cloth bags of baking soda I. Them to see if I can get the smell out of them. They are an attractive shoe, but will go back if they continue to smell. I have had other new clothing items smell before, but this is a whole other level of stink.

This is the 3rd pair I have purchased and I keep doing so because they fit me the best of any brand. I haven't worn this pair yet, but they seem to be as comfortable as my others. I was a little disappointed in the color-it's more purple than blue and I am still deciding if I want to keep them or exchange for another color.

I purchased to replace my second pair of Ryka's. My first pair were excellent, the second were good and these were goodish. The second pair soles wore out more quickly and general quality seems to be decreasing, as well as comfort and support. I think for the price, the shoe should last longer. This particular pair was returned due to being a bit too long/big so that the bend at the toe area when walking was uncomfortable. I ordered a wide, and had plenty of room for my toes, which was good. I could do a half size smaller in a wide, or try a different brand, probably going with a different brand maybe Merrill just to see if that's better.

I really liked the comfort and fit of these, but now less than 6 months later the cushion on the heel is tearing up. Not sure I’ll try this brand again, as much as I liked the arch support.
