Disappointed with the Packaging and Presentation

I received my order today and was really disappointed with the condition it arrived in. The shoe box was completely smashed, missing the lid, and the entire package was shipped in just a thin plastic bag—no protective box whatsoever. For a purchase over $100, I expected much better care and presentation. This feels careless and unprofessional. I won’t be ordering from here again unless the shipping practices improve significantly.
