sizing issues with these
Ok so, just like the other reviews, I ordered a women's 10, got an 8.5. Reordered, same issue. So, returned second pair to the store and this time ordered a women's 11.5, men's 10 and the shoes arrived in the correct size. Now, that said, third time's a charm, they are quite narrow in the toe box. I happen to have a narrow foot, so they fit me ok, but if you wear a normal 10, they will be too small.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Customer service is really lacking here.

There is another review here that lays out exactly what I'm going through right now. I ordered these shoes in a women's size 12/ men's 10.5. Received them in a women's size 10.5. I tried to do the exchange process, only to find out that the shoes supposedly were 'not in stock', and my only option was a refund. So, I tried that. At the end of the process, it turned out they wanted me to pay a fee of $8.50 to process the return. So... I emailed customer service. And here we go.... I received a response, that said they were 'experiencing a shortage of the size 12's'. OK, whatever. After making it sound as though this was 'my' mistake, they offered to waive the $8.50 fee, and sent me a fedex label to return the shoes. Before I did this, I checked the website again, and tried to add the size 12's to my cart. It worked. So, I emailed again, asking if the shoes were going to be back in stock any time soon, and stated that I really wanted the shoes in the correct size, and not the refund, if that was possible. So, this time, I get an answer from another person. This one said basically 'oops, our mistake, the 12's ARE in stock, and we can do an exchange after all. I was given a code for $10 off a future purchase as a 'sorry'. I quickly answered back, yes, that's what I want to do', and asked what sort of timeline I'd be looking at to have the shoes. (I had originally ordered them for an 80's party we're attending this weekend). This time around, I get a response from someone else. This one said that 'after reviewing your order, we see that you ordered the shoes in a size 10.5 after all. Please go ahead and start an exchange'. I tried this, and landed back at square one, with the 'you owe us $8.50 to return them'.... OK, now I'm getting upset. I emailed back AGAIN, this time asking to talk with someone in charge. I alos added a screenshot of my original order for these shoes, in WOMEN'S SIZE 12. I just received THAT response, not from anyone in management from what I can tell, but this person has suggested I ship the shoes back, and then I should 'reorder them in the correct size'. Well, I did that in the first place. They also sent me a code for $20 off a future purchase. I just sent ANOTHER email, asking what assurance there is that I won't just get another pair of 10.5's. Before I hit enter, I just got ANOTHER email, this time from ANOTHER customer service rep, stating 'don't worry, we have reported this issue to our team, and can assure you will receive a size 12'. I would think this issue would have been reported to the team after the person in the review before mine's experience with these shoes and this shipping department...

Wrong Size
I ordered a women’s 9.5 online and I received a 8 in women’s. Obviously whoever packs wasn’t paying attention. The 9.5 in women’s is a 8 in men’s. Therefore, they probably weren’t paying full attention to the order. To make matters worse, the app showed the 9.5 as the size the entire time the shoes were in route. So today when I finally picked them up from the mailroom and saw the size was wrong I went to the app and the size is also reflected as a women’s 8. Luckily I keep ALL emails and screenshots because they would’ve said it was my error. I’m beyond upset and this is a huge inconvenience. I’m on the phone with customer service and I know the guy is trying to help but there is a language barrier. He’s repeating the same thing to every question. I ordered these shoes for a purpose, and by the looks of it I’m not going to get them in time!
