Lovely shoe but…

This was a lovely shoe in the faded blue with a tangerine that just stands out. The shoe fit great and according to my regular size comfortably. However I was very disappointed by the packaging and the fact you could tell someone returned these shoes. They were fully laced and tied with no tissue paper them indicating they were new. Also, the box was literally taped together with scotch tape to hold the lid together. Why wouldn’t you even try to do better? I’m thinking you don’t respect your customer unless they are shopping in the store.
