Disgusting

I just received these shoes in VERY used condition. The shoe box was mangled inside the shipping bag. When I removed the shoes I could instantly tell they were well worn and obviously returned that way. The soles were filthy and worn. The exterior of the shoes had worn areas and dirt stains, and the footbed was so worn the brand name of the shoe was worn off. I called customer service and spoke to an AI bot where I was told to simply return them! Really DSW?!
