    This purchase checked all the boxes. I needed a sturdy shoe that could navigate rain or light snow that still looked good. Further, my fussy feet do not like confinement. The 2 zippers on the top allow me to loosen the shoe slightly if my feet swell. I am normally a size 7, and was surprised that these shoes fit, although I would have tried on a 7.5 if it has been available. Then, I can never recall owning a shoe that has such a great arch support. The shoe is easy to put on, does not rub the back of the foot area above the heel, and grips solidly to the floor or pavement, creating an ideal walk. I was so impressed with the Propet brand, that I just ordered a pair of their summer sandals for a trip.
