I love this shoe, perfect fit and super comfortable. I brought the black, going to get the tan color too. This shoe looks good with a pant or skirt.

I've got hard to fit feet, so I was looking for a more professional shoe that fit my needs in terms of sizing, it took a couple of tries to get the size right as I've found that these do run a little large length wise. Overall they're a nice shoe, with normal wear, I can definitely see the leather cracking at the point of break at the ball of the foot, they're not specific for gait issues, so I think custom insoles to help each person's specific needs would be best, the soles seem sturdy, the leather walls are thin, it's not very cushy in terms for rubbing at the ankle/trouble areas, but at least they come wide enough, just find thick socks that are cushy enough that you can't tell they're not stockings, and you'll be fine!
