Huge & Can't Return By Mail

I have a few pairs of Propet shoes and they are very comfortable. These, however, run HUGE. Probably 1-2 full sizes too big. I ordered online and exchanged them for a smaller size. However, those were also way too big, so I tried to return them again only to be told they were "not eligible for return/exchange" no reason why, just sucks to be you and I should bring them back to the store - which is way out of my way, hence my ordering online. Nowhere does DSW state you cannot return these shoes except to the store. Also, DSW has them listed as "taupe," the box says "Gunsmoke" so you may think you're getting the wrong color. Buyer beware!
