Quality shoe Deep toe box Perfect width Runs Short

This is a very nice winter shoe with a very deep and wide toe box. The width is perfectly true to size, howver it runs VERY SHORT in it's length. I expected to need either a 9.5 or a 10.0 Extra Extra Wide, mainly to acomodate my orthotic insert. I ordered the 10 which was way too short. It hurt to have it on for a few moments. I immediately ordered the 10.5 which should have fit. It doesn't fit, still too short. I waited a day or so, tried it again, and although I can get my foot into it it will not work long term. Now I have ordered the 11.0 Extra Extra Wide. It is a very nice shoe and worth the effort to get the correct size, but I would suggest to anyone interested that you order the Propet Gilda shoe at least 1/2 to 1 full size larger than what you would normally wear. It is well made of quality leather and other products, but it was manufactured much shorter than other Propet shoes that I own, and much shorter than any other shoes that I own for that matter.

TOO SHORT

I originally ordered these shoes in my usual size - 91/2 W. They arrived without any packaging in a brown cardboard shipping box. They were obviously a return, and no one bothered to repackage them. They were also too short. I sent them back and re-ordered them in a 10 W. Those fit fine, although had they been available in a 101/2, I would have ordered that size. The width is fine, but the velcro could have been longer. They are comfortable.

I bought these shoes in black and like them so much. I got a second pair in blue. Pet makes shoes with wide width and I needed an extra wide which fit me perfectly. I recommend this show highly.

Propet usually runs large and wide. I ordered my usual 7 wide but they were too narrow. I am waiting to receive 7 extra wide.
