Painful to Wear

These boots are super cute, but one side of them severely digs into my leg. I can't figure out what it is, either - the legs aren't stiff. I wore them around for a few days and it didn't soften. Very painful.

For the price, I regret the purchase. Sadly. They look but cheap in person, I wore them a total of 4 times and the metal toe on both boots has completely came off and the sole of the shoe is lifting now. I wanted to love these but not worth the price at all.
