Fell Apart In Two Hours

I loved these shoes when I put them on, but the strap did not hold even though the shoes had more than enough room. The button that was holding the strap on came undone without me knowing it and now I have a shoe with no button and a non-fixed strapseems like a waste of money and I’m very frustrated like to have them returned or replaced
