    Bought this shoe in XW to fit over my daughter's orthotics, it works well I just wish the strap had been longer to be able to fit over the orthotics. I ended up cutting the strap off.

    Got it for my daughter. She loves it. But the Velcro straps seem too short. They barely stay Velcroed.

    Shoe starteddfalling apart after about six months of use. The adhesive connecting the velcro to the strap wore out and the insoles were worn down. New Balance offered 25% off the purchase of a new shoe. We'll go elsewhere.
