Used to be one of my favorite affordable well fitting retro new balances...now became more expensive, fit inconsistent, and quality issues due to manufacturing lately in too many different countries of origin. I still recommend because of the style/color combos...but defintiely pay attention to the details mentioned.

I bought these for my husband when we went on a trip where we would be doing a lot of walking. He said his feet felt good during the whole trip and they have became his favorite shoes.
