I absolutely love the look of this shoe and the colors, however after only 1 week of use, we noticed a rip in the left shoe! Is there anyway to get a replacement set or just the left shoe? Size 13

I have bought probably 6 pairs of shoes here over time consecutively. I can say that when I put them on that they fit right from the first time I put them on. That's tough to do for a 57yo with a youth size 3 shoe size
