I have two pairs of these sandals and am submitting a review while I'm back to order more in other colors. I wear a 9M and find these true to size. They are also *exceptionally* comfortable for a 2.5" heel. And I have plantar fasciitis, but these do NOT hurt my feet even after a lot of standing and walking! Finally, I have had both my pairs for months and have not experienced any problems with quality, so I have no idea what these other reviewers are talking about... If you are on the fence, order them.

Delivered In Terrible Condition
These are $120 heels that came in a bag, half a box no lid, and clearly used in the store. Unacceptable and embarrassing for the brand and DSW as the seller

Bait and Switch
I bought the metallic gold leather. My order clearly shows a textured/snakeskin shiny gold leather. Not only was my package slow to arrive, they sent a completely different color. I received a matte gold leather. Even when I go back to website, it still shows the shiny gold shoe?? So disappointed.

pretty shoes/timeless
I wanted to love these shoes since are leather with a good solid heel and looked really pretty/timeless but needed to return them because the band around the toe area was uncomfortable for me--I also need more of a platform and these shoes lacked them but they are beautiful and I am sure others will enjoy them very much.

Super comfortable!
I bought this almost a month ago and it is the most comfortable heel I own. Didn’t hurt my feet at all and I wore them the whole night! The leather is really soft and didn’t cut into your skin. Very happy with this purchase.

Very Nice Shoe!
I bought these to wear to a tea party. The fuchsia color is beautiful. The shoes fit true to size. I wear a 7 medium. The sole is super comfortable - very well padded. They are easy to walk in and have a rubber bottom that feels secure (you won't slip). The only issue (or weird thing), the shoes arrived in a beat up shoe box with no lid. I usually store my nicer shoes in the box, but cannot do so with these. I don't know if that's a DSW thing or what.

Beautiful Shoe
I absolutely love the fuchsia color. It’s vibrant and sparks joy. These are the perfect heel—I can’t wear three inch heels. These have a great heel, very stable, and do not cause me pain! I generally wear a size 39 and found size 8 in naturalizers are perfect. I think it’s best to have narrow to average sized feet for these as well.
