Great design, but not comfortable

I love the look and design of this shoe, but was disappointed in the fit so I returned them. I would definitely size up, but not sure if that would help with comfort. The uppers are not leather, making the shoe extremely rigid. Wish they came in leather.

It's just okay. After trying their synthetic leather, I would just prefer genuine leather. The material is very stiff and the sizing was a bit longer than usual. I should've sized down.
