I was super excited to get these in the mail, the loafers look like they’ve been gently used and have various visible scuffs on the front and back of the shoe. Now I need to go in person and exchange these which is just an inconvenience.

I bought these shoes recently, and they are really sharp-looking! They’re true to size and very comfortable. They were a little stiff when I first got them, but it only took a couple of wears to break them in. I’ve already gotten a lot of compliments on them! You can easily dress them up or wear them casually, so they’re really versatile. Definitely a great purchase!

Horrible customer service! I ordered black and they shipped navy and charged me shipping to return them! I ordered the black again and they sent me navy a second time and charged me shipping to return them. They are cute but I've been on the phone with representatives out of the country with bad phone connections and it too much hassle just to get one pair of black loafers!

I bought these shoes to wear to work where the dress code is professional business casual. I ordered a 9.5, as I usually wear anything from a 9 to a 10. They fit very well and are comfortable for the most part. After wearing them for a few hours, they start to rub on the back of my heel. I've experienced this when wearing socks and no socks.

I absolutely love these shoes. I decided to go with the wide fit since I am currently pregnant and prioritizing comfort, and they did not disappoint. They feel amazing on my feet and provide the support I need without feeling tight or restrictive. The quality is exactly what I expect from Clarks, and I can already tell they will only get better with time as they continue to break in. You can walk for miles wearing these loafers. The minute you put them on they become your favorite shoe. I have bought 2 pair & buying another because they are that grand. Perfect for traveling even thru the airport and walking days around cobblestone cities. Great price only at DSW. Highly recommend this loafer above the higher priced. I know as I've had them all.

Well made. It's a nice shoe. Wow, is it narrow! I've had these shoes for 4 months and they just barely fit. I first ordered them in regular, returned them for wide (which I never need to do) and the wide ones still run narrow. Be warned. Other than that they're good.
