Used but comfortable and cute

I have placed several online orders with DSW as well as purchasing some shoes in store and up until I have had no issues with the merchandise I received. But that was not the case with this pair of Naturalizer heels. They came in a generic brown box with no lid and no paper in any of the shoes. It was clear that they had been returned and were used. I did not pay for used shoes. I paid for new ones and I am disappointed that I received a used pair. I did try the shoes on and they are very comfortable and so cute. I will be returning them and requesting a new pair.

Theses shows are the BEST! Have them in both colors. I am a 6.5 Wide which is hard to find. They are a true wide, comfortable for walking all day and a soooo cute! PLEASE make more colors ex: Navy, Red, Silver...

These sandals are fashionable and nice. They compliment any outfit. They fit comfortably. They run a 1/2 size small so you should order a 1/2 size up.
