I have small ankles…strap only fits in last hole. I will have to order a longer replacement strap from Amazon if I keep them. Very narrow fit which is atypical for this brand. I love the brand fit, generally, so was surprised these didn’t fit well.

Just opened & already showing signs of previous wear. There are several scuffs & something sticky on the sole of 1 shoe. The sole is already puckered, so it’s hard to imagine them being durable. The straps are also very thin & don’t seem supportive compared to the width of the block heel.

Have yet to wear them out to attend a few ceremonies. Love the low heel. Received my pair of black heels which look like they've been previously worn and returned. Afraid the straps are not long enough to wear slightly loose around ankles.

I like that the heel isn't super tall or too chunky but wide enough to not catch in cracks, but the ankle strap is too short. I had to add holes, which was not easy. More cushion on the bottom needed.

I bought this for a wedding, but wore it to an event last night to give them a try first. I wore them for four hours and they are very comfortable. I am sometimes a 7 sometimes a 7.5 and I bought these in a 7.5. They fit well with didn't hurt my feet at all.

These shoes are timeless. Unfortunately, they were not available in this color at the store, so I tried the black version to ensure they fit. I liked the fit and needed the neutral color. The store employee ordered them to be shipped to my house, and they arrived this afternoon, five days later. However, the shoes show wear and scuffs. Sadly, they appear to have been poorly cleaned, returned, and resold. This is not acceptable, and I will be returning them today.

I bought these shoes last year to walk around Las Vegas for a convention and they are the most comfortable dress shoes so I had to buy them again in another color. The heel height is perfect and the leather does not rub on your skin. Highly recommend.
