Never Arrived!

This review is about delivery if the item. I placed my order on 9/1/2025. In a few days, FedEx's tracking site showed: Label created - CONROE, TX US, 9/4/25 3:31 PM. The event I purchased it for came and went. On 9/9/25, I check the site and there had been NO additional update. It still read the same. On that date, I called Customer Service at 866-379-7463. A courteous lady listened to my problem and refunded my purchase price. I am not able to review the item since delivery did not happen but felt the need to review the lack of delivery.

Purchased this for an outfit idea I have in mind for an "after 5 wedding". The purse itself is so elegantly made and unique that it will go well with either of the dresses I may wear. The bow and rhinestone handle is a very nice detail.
