Want to love but can't. I have slender feet so the ankle strap is very uncomfortable. This sandals is foe someone with bigger ankles.

These shoes are definitely bigger than the size indicated. I bought these in a size 10 and I had to give them to someone who wears a size 11-11.5. It's recommended to size down.

It is broken into. Wore by someone, ripped. Dsw was always about quality but now sending old used broken stuff in online orders. Extremely disappointed. Years of shopping at dsw but never had this experience, but this year online stuff is really bad, this is the 4th pair I will be returning this year.
