Naturalizer Nyla
Shoes were "packed" in a crushed shoe box with no lid. There was tissue paper around the shoes that looked worn out/not clean, and ankle straps were unbuckled. Shoes did not appear worn & were in good condition. Red color is fun, & not too bright. Heel height is 3", website description said heel height would be 2.25." Front strap on shoes was tight, pinching toe area, even though I ordered wide width. Material seemed cheap for the price. Not comfortable to walk in. I will be returning them. Online shopping has become very difficult. Many items are made to look much better than they really are. Shipping issues, cheap materials, inconsistent sizing and inaccurate descriptions add to the problem.
