Great boot but in store pick up needs to QA shoes!

Ordered a 8.5 size boot in black for same day in store pick up. I get to the store caahier checks the shoes and I try on one side and it fits. I get home and place it in my shoe display cabinet. Fast forward 2 months and I'm getting ready for an event and I notice I have two right side boots!!! How did this happen if at checkout the cashier ensured they were the same size and right and left sides!!! Infuriating! I contact DSW customer service and they will be sending another pair to my home. Fingers crossed.

Two Different Sizes -Two Different Shoes

Love the boot - have it brown - ordered i online for in-store pick up from 1 location & order was fulfilled at another - which I found out AFTER going to original pick up location. Waited on another line after driving 15 miles to new store. Cashier checks size on box to now obviously only 1 boot to confirm it’s the 8.5. However, I try on 1 boot and can’t get my foot past the heel??? Size 6.5 & it’s not even the same boot!!

Great wide calf boots… Stylish

Purchased these boots hoping that they would fit my 17-18 in calves and they DID!! They are super comfy as well. I did go up 1/2 a size due to the pointy toe. I can not wait to wear them out, it’s been too hot where I live to wear yet.

I’m so happy to finally fit into Wide Calf boots. I ordered these in a size 8.5 and it fit my 17-18 in calves perfectly, no slouch. Can not wait to start wearing them!

Horrible Fit

Boot is very cute but too extremely hard to take off. It took 2 people to get it off and all I did was try it on! Will be returning immediately!
