Uncomfortable

I bought this in August and the boots came slightly scuffed with a damaged box. The shoes themselves were very uncomfortable. Overall poor quality boot. Will return them.

This is the fourth time I’ve purchased an item online through DSW and they end up canceling and no shoes. Frustrating!
