NO FOOT SUPPORT! FEET SLIPS RIGHT OFF!!

I bought these sandals a few weeks ago and I'm so disappointed. The foot bed is soft and comfortable as advertised but the straps are not placed to support your feet. Because there's no instep or ankle support my heel slides inwards and out of the sandals. Unfortunately I'm not in the US and can't return. I brought it to my cobbler to move the second strap to my instep for support. Apart from this issue it's a very cute sandal.
