Runs big and easily catches on things...
I bought these for a Gala and it was a mistake. I'm a true 6 and I can tell you they run big, and there is no room to add extra holes for the strap. Also, the rhinestone settings will catch on things. By the time I arrived at the event my shoes had destroyed the bottom of my gown and pulled out pieces of my shag rug. The only plus is they look stunning on.

Heel sandals

Very comfy for the amount of time I needed them. Decent quality. Was worried the rhinestones would fall out easily, but none of them did.

Buy them!

I bought these in April. I was scared because of the reviews, but when I got them they were perfect. The strap stays up. They are easy to walk in. With all high heels, they may hurt after some time, so just be mindful of that. but I'm not sure why others have had loose straps. Mine were perfect. They are very good quality shoes. Rhinestones haven't fallen off or anything like that.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Avoid!

These shoes are by far the most uncomfortable sho I have ever worn or bought. I bought them for a wedding as a bridesmaid and not 5 to 10mins after putting them on the soles of my feet was on fire, the friction with every walk and stationary position was excruciating. However, I had to grit and bare because the day was not about me but the blushing bride. After the night was said and done, I noted the balls of my feet was blistered, the skin was bubbles but not the stick the pin and drain but the color of the sking was whiter then the rest of my feet. This lasted for about a month after the wedding. We all cursed the bride for recommending this shoe. This product is definitely NOT Recommended!

Great For Dancing On A Night Out!
I went to a garden wedding and they warned us against stilettos, so I go these as I still wanted to look sexy and Sophia, while still being comfortable. It was the best decision! I danced all night, plus has no issues walking. Toes weren’t squeezing, feet didn’t hurt, everything went well, plus they were so beautiful that I got lots of compliments. I got a size 7 and it fit perfectly.

Too big

Runs large. I wear a size 5 for every other style shoe but find that when it comes to heels they always fit more like a 6. These ones are just the same.

I so wanted these to be my shoes for my party
3 years ago
I bought these as shoes for a not-wedding my boyfriend and I are hosting. I have a stunning dress and wanted equally breathtaking shoes. These are beautiful shoes. Absolutely gorgeous in person and on your feet. There is no doubt about that. I read the 3 to 1 star reviews before purchasing in the hopes of hearing the critiques were not that bad. But, the real issue is the ankle strap design as others have discussed.
The 3 3/4 inch block heel still has a high slope for your arch. But, as someone who is easily comfortable with a 3 inch heel no matter the style (stiletto vs wedge for example are all fine for me with a 3” heel), the extra 3/4 was comfortable to me, that wasn’t an issue. But, the ankle strap doesn’t hold on at all. I ordered a half size down as many people noted that the strap falls off. I think it’s important to look at these shoes as if they are a flip flop with nothing between your toes to grip onto. You will get no hold from the strap. (We all know having a heel strapped down to conform to your foot and have some support around the ankle makes the shoe more comfortable for longer wear, this is not that shoe.) I think the other thing to note that, sizing a half size down and putting the strap on the tightest setting really helped with the strap falling off. But, it created a new problem- the shoe is now tighter on the outside of the foot. Meaning that when I step down the bottom of the shoe on the outside of my foot hits the ground first because of the wonky strap situation. I was able to walk around more comfortably, but still very conscious that the outside was hitting first and you have to be aware with every step to not roll your ankle. Honestly it takes me less mental effort to wear a 3” stiletto. Last issue, due to all of these influences you become very dependent on your toes to hold the shoe- remember the flip flop with no toe grip sensation- which results in your toes being very tired from providing all the support for the shoe. At this point the shoe is not supporting you. You are supporting the shoe.
After purchasing and frankly being hesitant to let go of them, I’m not sure I will return them despite all the issues. … Which is stupid so keep that in mind if you’re like,”oh I’ll just try them on and return them” - no, you won’t. You’ll be a sucker like me and put them on a pink pillow on your nightstand and stare at them for hours (jk but it’s hard to say no once they’re right in front of you). So in summary, these shoes are really beautiful but overall not that great. I’m giving a 3 for the beauty and DSW’s great customer service. Great store as always, will keep coming back. But, these shoes are for photo shoots and car-to-sit-down-to-car activities only in my opinion. And even then, skip the booze for your date. You have to focus on putting one step in front of the other.
