Nice but NO arch support after all

I purchased two pairs and neither of them had a real arch support as advertised. Love the shoes, the fit was great with the original Lifestride features I would expect except for one - these are supposed to have a cushy arch support which is non-existent. Putting a lip on the side is NOT an arch support! I own Bzees by Lifestride and thought they would keep the same high standards but these do not support the price. No arch support despite claims it has one.
No, I do not recommend this product.

The shoes are adorable but the sizing is wrong. I ordered two pairs of the same shoe in different colors and they are at least a size too big.

I thought from the picture the shoes were silver and they weren’t. I thought the cloth strap cheapened the shoes.

I have worn LifeStride shoes for years because they make comfortable shoes that don't hurt my feet. I need a wide width due to bunions, and with LifeStride shoes I don't need to go up a half size to accommodate the extra width. I bought the Lilly Bright sandals in beige with gold sparkles. It's a such a fun look that goes well with summer dresses.
