LifeStride Impulse Sneaker - Women's

In late November 2025 I purchased 7 pairs of shoes. Five were Christmas gifts to my daughter. She loved the Impulse Sneakers, Skipper Blue Stretch Fabric and saved them to take on a business trip the first week of January. The first time she put them on, the outer, upper loop on BOTH shoes broke free on one end before she could leave her hotel room. They were purchased as Final Sale items, so no returns, but these are defective shoes. I've read the store policies and none address the instance of a FINAL SALE item being also defective. I don't know what to do! These are cute shoes. She is disappointed and I am holding a pair of "tried on" shoes which are broken and not able to be "worn." I am attaching photos. The shoe eyelet broke as soon as I tried to tie the shoe so I never got to wear them

I've had mine for several months and I love them. I've been wearing bzees shoes for 5 years and these did not disappoint. You do have to be gentle with the laces, but I've washed these twice and have worn them anywhere from 1 day to 5 days in a week for months now and they have held up. I would buy again.

I loved the new sole and design, but definitely hate the shoe laces, also the rubber band where the shoe lace goes, broke in less than 4 months. Definitely not as comfortable as other bzees.

I bought these sneakers hoping to not need to add inserts for arch support like I normally have to. Unfortunately they have very little arch support and I can only wear them with inserts. Boots I have bought in the past through this site have had great arch support, so I was disappointed in the sneakers.

Size down! Not just half a size, a full size. I got them for 50% off the normal price. I would’ve been very upset if I’d paid full price.

Love the style and colors, but the fit not so much. I have a long, narrow (AA/AAA) foot and I had a pair of Bzees from the 90s that fit wonderfully. Alas, so much has changed since then and Lifestride offers mostly wide widths now. These are called medium width, but they run short and very deep. I have to tie them completely closed to even keep them on my feet—and even then, my foot slips forward. I’m disappointed, but I wear them with thick socks to hold them on. They really look so cute until I put them on.
