Beautiful Shoe But Bo So Good Quality

I really love these shoes! They are so comfortable and I get a lot of compliments. However, I’m really disappointed in the quality as the material on the heel started developing little pockets of holes. I haven’t even wore them a total of 10 times and the rubber is starting to pull away from the sole of the shoe. I tried to exchange but was told I was out of date range for returns or exchanges. I’m a valued VIP customer of DSW and would like to see if there is something they can do about an exchange.

I always buy size 8 in everything. Bought 7.5-8 and they were a tad too small and i think 8.5 would be too big. For the price, i wanted a good fit. Too bad they dont make an 8. Otherwise, i adore them!

I no longer wear high, thin heeled shoes, so there are a great shoe to add a little height when dressing up. The shoe is leather, has great style and is comfortable.
