Broken

I put these shoes on for the first time and before I even arrived at my event the heel snapped. They were cute and comfy for the 20 minutes I had them on but I am super disappointed in the quality.

Heel Broke

One of the heels broke in half the 2nd time I wore these. They are no longer wearable.

Cute but heel broke!!

I was so happy to find these in wide-width, and I usually am happy with Kelly and Katie shoes. But after wearing only twice to my worship service (where I am sitting most of the time), the heel of the right boot just bent while I was standing talking after worship service ended. I did a chat with a DSW agent and was given a $10 reward and told to go to the store to show what happened. I do hope I can get at least a store credit—this has never happened with other heeled boots even after walking a lot in those, yet this heel bent just by standing!

Poor Quality

These boots are really pretty in person and fairly comfortable (order a size up though). However, the heel on one boot snapped off only my third wear about 1.5 weeks after purchasing. Keep in mind, I only wore them to work in an office setting, so nothing crazy!! Although this appears to be a manufacturing issue, DSW only offered me store credit. Since I got these on a major sale right after Christmas, I obviously can’t purchase a replacement pair at the same price even if I wanted to. Aside from the poor customer service, the boots get 2 stars for poor manufacturing/construction despite being very pretty :(

I have got them two weeks ago and I was very excited when they arrived, but they are too wide even though they are medium width, regular calf. They look like they are wide calf on my legs. Otherwise they are very good looking, true to size and very chic for the season.
