2nd pair of shoes I received today from an online order placement and 2nd pair of shoes being returned. Received in plain Lucky Brand box without any of the standard packaging like shoe inserts or tissue. The shoes were scuffed and obviously worn and then returned. This is insulting. These shoes should be marked down & put on a clearance rack instead of trying to flip them as part of another online order.

Have tried several black suede booties and these were the best! I did go down 1/2 size from normal per previous reviews and this was great advice, the half size down fit perfectly. The heel is exactly the right height for me, gives a bit of a bump but not so high as to be uncomfortable. Real suede, not fake. Price was great also. Incredibly comfortable. Per hubs “very sexy”!

They are of high quality crafted suede and very comfortable. They do run a little large, so I make up for that with thicker socks, which made them even more comfortable. My hubby loves the way they look too. He couldn't wait for me to try them on for the first time.

The color is beautiful and the shoe fits well on the toe. But there is no passing on the heel to the point that you feel the structure of the shoe. I thought my socks had slipped and bunched up on my heel. I’m buying some inserts to see if that helps because each step is so uncomfortable.
