Nice Shoe. Extremely Poor Return Policy

Shoe was fine, just didn't fit my foot. However, I had a shoe that I ordered online and tried to return to the store and because it was 2 weeks past the 60 days, the return was denied. They wouldn't even issue a store credit. They gave me a number to call to dispute and in doing that they not only denied the return, they denied ANY RETURN for 180 days. So even a shoe that I just ordered could also not be returned. This also means I will not be able to order online because if the shoe doesn't fit I still will not be able to return it. This is total baloney. SO DSW, YOU HAVE LOST MY BUISINESS. SINCE I CANNOT ORDER ONLINE ANYMORE OR FOR 6 MONTHS (REALLY!!) I WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO 'TRY' A SHOE ON AT HOME AND RETURN IF IT DOESN'T FIT. I WILL BE ORDERING ON AMAZON WITH NO ISSUE WITH A RETURN AND SOMETIMES EVEN CHEAPER. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE.

Cute shoe I got the red and it’s a beautiful color. The shoes are soft and very comfortable. True to size. I wear a 9 but can fit into some 8.5, but I got a 9 and they fit perfectly.

Cute and Comfy!

Bought this recently in red and wore it a few times. Very comfy. It's a good cross between casual and dressy. I've worn it with a dress and with jeans. Looks great with either!

Passable flats

They serve their purpose. Not as comfortable as my nude flats they are replacing, but at my size there aren't many options even at places like DSW. Fit is a bit narrow.

Pretty shoe

I’m a size 10 and it seemed to be snug! I think a 10 and a half would have been perfect excepts thus does not come ithat size. It is a nice looking shoe!
