Keen Rose Sandal

I rarely write reviews, especially for products. But my pair of Keens deserves to be praised. I bought them in 2019 and practically live in them from May-October. I wear them crossing streams, swimming, kayaking and SUPing, hiking, walking the dog, even bike riding. Arthritis keeps me from going barefoot at home, so they are my warm-weather slippers too. The arch support and cushioning are great, with excellent toe protection. I can walk 5+ miles in comfort. The materials have stood the test of time, even the Velcro. I wish more shoes were built to last like these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shoe is super comfortable. I do a lot of walking in them and feel hiking in these would be great. I wear these to work but only drawback is the sole leaves marks on the office floor. It rubs off easily but, still.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are my favorite keen shoes and are my fourth pair. However, for some reason, these are a little bit tighter and smaller, but I'm keeping them because they are stretching out a little. .

They are perfect and I wear them everyday. I highly recommend.

I ordered a new pair because I have puppy chew marks on the sole of my old pair, which I have had forever. They are not as comfortable, they feel tighter although they look the same and are the same size. I don't think it's a matter of wearing in so I am returning. I am bummed out because these were my "go to" shoes last winter when I irritating and inflamed the tops of my feet hiking, I couldn't wear any slippers, clogs, or other shoes. I wore my rose sandals with socks for a couple of weeks because they were the only thing that didn't put pressure on the top of my foot. Well, the new ones put pressure on my foot and aren't as comfortable for walking. Maybe I can find an old pair for sale, or try a larger size.

These are so comfortable to walk around in, great arch support and shock absorbing even on gravel. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a high instep and high volume foot. I sized up from a 6. 5 to a 7. I usually wear the Whisper and used to be able to wear the 6. 5 but the webbing has been fitting much tighter the last few years, so I have had to get the 7 in order to get the shoe on at all. This is my first time with the Rose, so I got the 7 and it was the right choice as the 6. 5 would have been too tight. Except for that, I like this sandal.

I had a pair of these for probably at least 7 years that I loved. I finally decided the soles were too worn down so I decided to buy an identical pair recently. The top strap barely fits over the top of my foot to attach to the Velcro! On my old pair the end of the strap completely covered over the top of my foot and attached securely on the length of the Velcro. On the new pair it’s at least an inch shorter. I know, I compared. Boo! 😒
