They are a little tighter than I originally hoped for, so these won't last too long. My not so little one will outgrow these quickly; I had to guesstimate the size since the inventory in-store was nonexistent. But for now, they are warm and do the job, so we're happy.

Size 6 Runs Small

Ordered this boot in a size 6 for my 12-year old, who currently wears a size 5 or 6 shoe depending on brand. They were too tight both in width and length for him. Coincidentally, he and I both wear the same size shoe now as I’m a women’s size 7. I only mention that because I tried these boots on to confirm his complaint that they were too small. Yup, too tight and short in the toe box. I returned them and bought a size 7 youth from a retailer on Amazon. DSW only carries up to size 6, unfortunately, but this boot is available in larger youth sizes. These are a good boot, very warm. I’m posting this review to help other customers decide what size to buy.

Great boots for busy kids

I bought these boots for my 10 year old who loves being in the snow, they're very warm, comfy, fit great and keep his feet dry. The tall height and drawstring at the top help too when he isn't wearing snow pants but still wants to climb all the snow drifts and piles.

Very sturdy and durable. Nice looking too. Bought for my 6 yr old nephew who picked them out on website, so kid approved. He’s quite pleased with his favorite aunt!!!

Bought these for my son and they work great. I have only bought Kamik snow boots and I have been very happy. My oldest wears them and then I pass them down to my youngest. They hold up well and keep the feet dry.

Great Boots but Hard to Get Into

We absolutely love these boots the only reason the only reason I went by them again as they were very very hard for my son to slip his foot into yes you can take the padding out which makes a little bit easier but still then he can’t get his foot into it he also has wide feet so that being considered they might be a great book for somebody else they did great and snowy weather and rain and held up some tough mud all in all a great boot that I would recommend just not for our child

Even though it’s months until winter, I feel these are great quality snow boots that will last many uses. Definitely worth their price if they do indeed last as long as I think they will.
