Features Need Improving
I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent purchase I made on your website. I ordered a pair of shoes that looked appealing and even opted for a size larger due to the Medium width description. Upon receiving the shoes, I was disappointed to find that there was no zipper on the shoe, making it difficult to put on. Furthermore, the ankle portion of the shoe was so tight that even with the lack of a zipper, I was unable to wear the shoe due to my slightly thicker ankles. This unforeseen issue significantly impacted my experience with the product, leading me to return it. I believe that the absence of a zipper on a shoe with a tight ankle fit should have been highlighted in the product description to manage customer expectations. As a customer, it is important for me to feel confident in the products I purchase from your store. I hope that this feedback can be taken into consideration to improve the accuracy of product descriptions and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions in the future. how wide is the Calf part of these boots
I want to know how wide in the Calf part are these boots been I do not like it too wide and they should have some pictures to see how they look because it can be helpful for alot of people

Cute boots, but run very small
These are so cute and perfect if you have a wide calf, however they are EXTREMELY small. I ordered a size up and they still did not fit. I have other Journee shoes and the fit perfect, but for some reason they do not run on the same sizing. I'm disappointed because I ordered a 12 so there is no size up that I can try. I would not waste your time if you can't order two sized up from your regular size.

Devastated and Beautiful
I could not wait to wear this boot it is so beautiful. I'm still waiting, as there is NO ZIPPER and can't get my foot pass the Arch in the boot. I'm devastated. Description says there is a side zipper. I never found it! Truly the boot is beautiful beyond description. It just don't fit!

Looove these Boots
Looove these boots!!! I have a bad ankle and I refused to not wear heels. The heel on these boots are some enough that it doesn’t strain my ankle but long enough to look sexy. It’s butter soft material. Great fit around my calf, which are pretty muscular. Got so many compliments on them! Would definitely recommend.

Love Them
I absolutely love these boots. They are buttery soft and comfortable. I have a bad ankle but refuse to give heels completely but the heel on this boot is small enough to wear almost all day. I wore it with a same color faux leather skirt and got so many compliments!

Beautiful stylish white boot
I purchased this boot and they are absolutely beautiful. I had visions of myself strutting around getting compliments. Unfortunately, I could not get the boot on. Since there are no side zips, it's totally a pull on boot and so I had to return because it just didn't work for me.

Perfect heel
Boot is very comfortable, it goes up a little pass your knee but its adjustable. The string ties around the boot can be made as tight or as loose as you like it.,

Perfect dress boot
Love this boot, looks great on and with my dress for date night with hubby. Only problem is boot runs narrow and I would recommend sizing up for comfort. Overall, I would buy again, just a bigger size!
