I got these in Red/Wide fit. I seriously couldn’t love them more. They’re a lovely dark red and the bow is so stylish. They’re soft leather so the shoes were immediately comfortable and I wore them for few hours with no “new shoes pain” at all!! Get these shoes!!!

To begin with I was gives a delivery date for all 3 products I purchased. The shoes were the only ones I received and they were late! I called and was supposed to be issued a refund but never did. I was forced to purchase another pair somewhere else, wait for the shoes to be delivered then go out of my way to return them in person. Worse purchase ever!

I bought these and was given a date for arrival. Not only did I not receive the order on time, I was told I was not supposed to be given a delivery date! Who orders is a delivery date is not given? I call and am given trouble getting information or requesting a refund because “it’s on the way”. I then speak to a manager and am told I will get the refund processed, but it will take 3-5 days to process! I will never again buy from DSW. They lie!!!

The color description “Pewter Synthetic” explains this shoe: A pretty shade of pewter gray, BUT it’s “SYNTHETIC”! The picture looks lovely. In person it’s plastic. I’m questioning if they will hurt my feet shortly after I leave the house. Perhaps the pictures of the beautiful variety of colors available, fool you into thinking they All will be comfy-gorgeous.

These shoes are so cute and pretty comfortable for a heel. I'm an 8.5 and my normal size fit great. Stayed on my feet for a night of dancing- didn't slip off the heel. Received many compliments on the brown color velvet- beautiful for fall!

Bought the navy velvet shoe which was very pretty (not a bright navy, but not super dark). Fits true to size, but the toes were not comfortable for me. I don't think I could have worn them all night for an event.

I bought this shoe in black to wear in an upcoming choir concert. Although I am not a true medium width, it feels comfortable, especially since I will be standing for awhile. The heel height is perfect, and I am pleased with the look and feel of the shoe.

Im 200lbs. These fit true to size and they provide a nice style to the leg without the murdering pain of a higher heel. The bow is big enough to make an accent but not too big to over take the fit.

I always wear an 8 in women’s shoes so was disappointed when I tried these on when they arrived. There is no way I’ll be able to wear these for more than 5 minutes. Surprised others have said they run large. I’d like to try the 8.5 before giving up on these but the 8’s have to go back

I ordered these shoes in 3 different colors hoping one would work for a dressy look. The black pair were very tight and uncomfortable. The navy and gray pairs felt more tru to size but maybe slightly large. Unfortunately the colors did not work like I had hoped so I ended up returning all 3 pairs.

I purchased this particular pair of shoes in black a couple weeks ago, unfortunately when my order arrived it was in a broken box. There were no protection in any kind of way to the shoes and to make things worse they were a used pair of used dirty shoes. I immediately returned them to the store for a refund. It was disgusting. The sale rep at the store was very surprised 😮.
