Uncomfortable and Poor Fit

I bought these pink ballet flats a few months ago because I’ve been wanting a pair. I ordered my normal size (7.5), and the website said they were true to size, but mine are way too big. They slip off in the back and are hard to walk in. Not sure if it’s just the sizing, but they’re also uncomfortable to wear. If you’re considering buying, I’d recommend going at least a half to a full size down.

This is the second pair that I bought. The first pair was way too small. This pair fits. Should not happen when you have purchased the brand before and ordered the same size that fit in another style.
