Very Disappointing
Bad experience I placed an order 10 days later it said processing I contacted CS they said it will be sent out in 24-48 hours 3 days later I contacted again and they said the item was not in stock and that is why the order was never sent …. Disappointed as I was out that money and no item now having to wait for a refund because they didn’t communicate correctly

OVERPRICED CHEAP CRAP—WORST!!
Cute, comfy boots that fit wide calves. Unfortunately, they are the flimsiest, least durable footwear I have EVER purchased. After only a few short months of regular wear, I have literally had to glue them back together at least three times. This is the definition of disposable fashion—without a price tag to match. Totally regret this purchase. Will never buy Journee again.

Poor Quality
I bought these a few months ago and have only worn hem for less than 90 days. The soul started separating from the shoe. The leather is a cheap thin leather and where the zipper is there is no flexibility, you can feel where the heel and the zipper meet dig into the back of hour ankle all day. The thickness of the soul is nothing great, you can feel every rock and pebble you step on. I bought these because they resembled my last pair and they are nowhere close to being as comfortable!

Very disappointed.
I bought them over three weeks ago and it took two weeks to get them. Then when I finally received them the boots were a size 8 1/2 instead of the size 10 extra wide calves that I ordered. I have returned my order and only could get a refund as my size is no longer available. I'm very disappointed.

Just as pictured, weird fit.
So before buying boots I always measure my calf so I can check the opening size. I’m 19in and these are 19in as it advertised. They zipped just fine, my only gripe is that ankle and foot area feel loose, like they are a wide instead of a standard width, in the shoe itself. So will need extra thick socks to wear. Packing could have been better, they were not in a shoebox. They were loose in the packing box.

Very stylish
The extra wide calf is pretty large. I don’t usually need extra wide, but I wanted more room for jeans. I get compliments every time I wear them. They are very comfortable, I wore them all day at the mall.
